Welcome to UK Licence Prep (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Licence & Usage
- The App is developed for personal, non-commercial use to assist users in preparing for the UK Driving Theory test.
- Content, including questions, infographics, and mock tests, is provided for educational purposes based on DVSA revision materials but is not a guarantee of passing the official exam.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code or database files from the App for commercial use without explicit permission.
2. User Accounts & Subscriptions
- The App offers premium features which can be unlocked via Subscriptions or One-Time Purchases (In-App Purchases).
- Payment handling and subscription cancellations are managed entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, subject to their respective policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the cycle end date.
3. Disclaimer of DVSA Endorsement
This application is not an official app of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or the UK Department for Transport. While revision questions and Highway Code guidelines are extracted from official sources, the App operates independently and is purely an educational aid.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall developers of **UK Licence Prep** be liable for any Direct, Indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the material presented in this application.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how UK Licence Prep collects, uses, and shares your information when using the App and its synchronized back-end verification services.
1. Information We Collect
- Device Identifier (UUID/Android ID): We collect Device ID on background API triggers specifically for preventing fraudulent behaviour on in-app economy and daily claims.
- IP Address: Temporarily logged by serverless triggers (`fuel-verify.uklicence.com`) during request headers strictly for request limiting and rate-throttling to prevent DDOS.
- Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to record anonymous usage patterns and session crashes to improve App stability.
2. Advertising & Third Parties
- The App uses Google AdMob for monetisation through banner/rewarded video ads.
- AdMob operates its own Cookie and advertising identifiers parsing policies compliant with GDPR / CCPA. Consent managers run natively as per standard setup on European zones.
3. Local Storage & Encryption
All core static databases are encrypted row-by-row locally to prevent tampering. App configuration preferences securely manage downloaded language packs on the hardware.
